Roma Education Fund is seeking a graphic designer contractor (either an individual or a crew) to produce visual materials for print an online along the implementation of our “Increased education opportunities for Roma students and Roma youth in Western Balkans and Turkey” project.
The works need to comply with project requirements and the REF general branding.
Contractor has to design and oversee the printing and/or other visual implementation of the following items:
Print materials:

- Info sheets (one pager, text-based info materials)
- Posters for scholarship and other program calls
- Leaflets for scholarship and other program calls
- Country factsheets (one pagers country achievement summaries)
- Rollups
Project merchandise:
-
- Notebooks
- Folders
- Pencils
- T-shirts
Visual materials for online use:
-
- E-banner (for PowerPoint Presentations)
- Project headers for social media (e-banners)
- Concept framing for photos for social media
Timeline: the project runs 2018-2021
Contractor is required to be available on a running basis on two weeks’ notice for each task, delivering upon actual agreements on each item.
Graphic designer will be contracted for the project with a framework contract and shall be billing upon the items delivered. Project correspondence will be in English, however, applicants with language knowledge of the concerned countries do have an advantage in the selection process. Contractor has to deliver end products in several languages, as overseen by respective REF staffers, and must provide REF with not only the graphic files but also work alongside the printing and provide the project files as well.
