Roma Education Fund’s team is proud to have among its SHAPYR Young Adult group Miklos Levai. Beside his every day studies, he voluntarily helps the refugees in the Hungarian Ukrainian border, working as a lifeguard.
Miklos is a cook but with the SHAPYR program’s support he also studies Tourism and Catering at the University in Nyíregyháza, Hunagry. In 2020, he finished the lifeguard training which allows him to support the Ukrainian refugees who are fleeing from their country due to the war.
Recently, Miklos and some fo the REF’s beneficiaries of the SPAPYR project went to the theatre and watched together with our team the play Oscar.
